So many sights to see… so little time.

It’s pretty amazing how far in the last 20 years technology has come.  Just think; if you had said to a professional photographer 20 years ago that there would be photographers who learned the trade entirely on a digital format, do you think one would have believed it?

My name is Christopher, and I am a self trained photographer.  While I do enjoy a photojournalist approach on occasion, its the shots that I can really plan out and “create” that I love most.  It’s my belief that a photograph should not just be taken, but “made” also.  To me, a photograph that is planned out, may it be the carefully placed and planned lighting, the meticulous framing, or a well thought mixture of both, a photograph should have more than just sentimental value; it should also have impact to all those who view it.

I am based in Long Island, but travel all around the Tri-State area as the need arises.  I haven’t decided on a particular photography niche yet, and thus welcome all endeavors; may it be portraits or events, to even fashion or sports, if I have the opportunity to create a photograph that will have the impact I search for, I welcome it.
